Welcome Home Somatics Community Offerings
Rooted in the belief that we need each other for real individual and societal transformation, Welcome Home Somatics offers different ways to plug in with and learn and practice in community. For now, these will all happen online. Many of these groups will be launching in 2025, once we have gauged that there’s enough interest, so if you’re intrigued, please fill out this interest form and let us know if you’d like more information and/or would like to be notified when registration goes live for a particular group. We will weave somatic practices in all of these offerings. I will be inviting guest teachers to join or cofacilitate. Feel free to email me at regan@welcomehomesomatics.com with any questions.

Cultivating joy, wonder and resilience is a practice and an act of resistance these days. In the Small Wonders Wow Club, participants are invited into a creative mindfulness practice which involves noticing the small wonders we encounter in our days — whatever makes you go “wow!” or sparks curiosity, joy, awe, or laughter — to notice how it feels in your body to be in that feeling, and then to share a photo or two or three of your small wonder with the “club” in a shared WhatsApp group. Cost: FREE
Decompression Happy Hour Art/Craft Party - Art, Somatics & Community
Shake off the week’s stress with some good tunes, creative fun and community. This is not an art class. Repeat, this is not an art class. This is a virtual co-created “let’s have fun messing around with art and/or craft” decompression space. Fee: pay whatever you like, starting at $0+/session via Venmo @Regan-Brashear; no one turned away for lack of funds! Bring your own materials. No pressure to share your art with the group.
