Individual Somatic Coaching with Regan
Somatics offers a pragmatic path towards embodied, sustainable change. Somatic coaching offers space for deep exploration into your longings, dreams, embodied patterns, current “shape” and any obstacles you may be encountering. As a coach, my goal is to offer a warm, compassionate space to support you in fostering a more loving relationship with your whole self.
Somatics supports a process of coming home to your body and your full aliveness—strengthening your connection to your inherent dignity and the inherent dignity of all life. From this place, we build the embodied foundation needed to move toward your personal, professional, and collective goals with greater presence, clarity, power and resilience.
My approach is not about fixing, treating, or pathologizing you or any part of you. Instead, we orient toward where you want to be in your life: what you are most longing for, how you want to show up in the world, and what aspects of your current “shape” may be getting in the way. Together, we explore the patterns that are currently embodied—how they may have served you, where they no longer do, and what new possibilities you might want to cultivate.
From there, we work with practical somatic practices to build new embodied skills and capacities that support meaningful, lasting change. Transformation becomes tangible when your actions align, more and more, with your vision and values—even under pressure.

What can you expect from individual somatic coaching with me?
This work is an invitation to come back into relationship with yourself — not as a project to fix, but as a living, sensing, relational being.
Together, we slow down enough to notice the quiet signals of the body, the survival patterns that once protected you, and the deeper longings that still want expression. Over time, many people find themselves moving through the world with more presence, more choice, and more compassion for their own humanity.
Clients often describe this work as a process of coming home — to their bodies, to their dignity, and to the ways they want to show up in their relationships, communities, and work. Rather than pushing toward change through force or willpower, we cultivate new possibilities through awareness, practice, and embodied experience.
The result is often a deeper sense of agency, clearer boundaries, and a felt sense of belonging — within oneself and with others.
